Our tutoring programs are “An Extension of the Classroom.” We support the school classroom and build on what students are learning in school. 5C’s BC Certified tutors help with homework, teach study skills and provide enrichment opportunities. We are also able to build individualized tutoring programs that suit the needs of your child.

Tutoring Services Tailored to Your Needs

Our students are tutored in small groups with a maximum of 4 students per teacher. Tutoring sessions are 1.5 hours in length with a quick break after 45 minutes of instruction. Elementary students are grouped according to similar age and grade. Secondary students are grouped according to specialized subjects of study (e.g. Chemistry, English, Math) and grade.

Our 1.5 hour tutoring sessions provide students the opportunity to ask many questions, practice learned skills or concepts and to ask more questions. Our goal is to have students leave with a solid grasp of concepts that have been taught and homework completed.
